Requirements: All purchased puppies MUST be paid
for in full before shipping to the buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS!! All buyers are offered the option of a Sales Contract
and Health Guarantee. It is optional to sign, but it does protect the buyer, and the seller in the event something has
not went as agreed upon. Sales Contracts and Health Guarantees will not be honored unless is signed
and recieved back to the seller before shipping of the puppy purchased.
*Below you will see a full written legal statement of the Sale Contract and Health
Guarantee. A copy will be provided at the time of the purchase to be signed, dated, and mail back to the sellers.
Sales Contract: The seller of this puppy guarantees the puppy
to be free of all Communicable disease for a period of 72 hours from the date received. The buyer will be required to
take your new puppy to your veterinarian within this 72 hour period, after receiving him or her. Failure to do this
causes all guarantees/contracts to become null & void. The seller also guarantees this puppy to be free of Genetic
Defects that make the puppy not suitable for the purpose of a *family pet*--that drastically reduces the quality of, or ends
the life of the puppy--until it reaches One year of age. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects
are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered: umbilical hernia, undescended testicle,
underbite or overbite. Buyer understands that replacement options is only valid when health problems are attributed
to a hereditary problem and not due to accident or contagious and / or other illness. Buyer understands that any and
all guarantees expire one year from the date of birth.
If the puppy displays any indication of poor health you must notify the seller by the
10th day to make a claim for a replacement puppy. If your puppy is very sick or has a congenital defect found by your
veterinarian, you will need to return him or her to the seller(at buyers expense) with the registration papers. The
buyer must obtain a written veterinarian statement, on office stationary stating health risk. This must include a description
of the symptoms supporting his/her opinion to validate this guarantee. This must be signed by your veterinarian him/her for our records. At that time all documentation
will need to be forwarded to my veterinarian and myself. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will
be the responsibility of the buyer unless arrangements have been made or approved prior to treatment. Failure to follow
any of the stated terms above cause this guarantee/contract to become null & void.
If you qualify for a replacement puppy, you can choose a new puppy of
equal value if one is available. The buyer will be responsible for the return of the puppy purchased, and the shipping
of the new puppy. The seller will not be held responsible for the shipping of a new puppy. The seller
will not be held responsible for further costs. Original puppy must be returned within 24 hours along with all paperwork.
(Buyer agrees to fill out all necessary forms to return ownership of puppy to seller).
This is a written agreement and is a binding contract entered into the State of Missouri
and is the entire agreement between the buyer and seller concerning the health conditions or loss of this puppy.
